Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)
The CRS Designation is bestowed upon experienced real estate professionals who have met rigorous criteria in pursuit of their careers in residential real estate. It is like having a "CPA" in real estate. Less than 2% of licensed real estate agents have attained this level of expertise.
Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR)
The ABR Designation is bestowed upon members of the National Association of Realtors who are specialists in representing buyers as clients. Rigorous criteria and documented track record of a number of successful buyer representations are required criteria. Fewer hold this designation than have the CRS.
Graduate, Realtors Institute (GRI)
The GRI is an advanced study designation offered at the state level, often by colleges and universities in their continuing education programs. Linda Spell is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute at the University of Virginia.
Realtor and MLS
The Realtor designation can only be displayed by real estate brokers and agents who are members in good standing of the National Association of Realtors. Realtors (as opposed to those who simply are "real estate licensees") pledge to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice in the real estate industry. Not all real estate licensees are Realtors.

The MLS symbol signifies affiliation with a Multiple Listing Service. Linda Spell has been a Realtor since 1979 and is an affiliate of MLS services covering the entire Los Angeles County area.
